let no one shove you into a corner and give you a lecture on who they think you should be — that you are only worth your salt if you compromise with the world that isn’t rigged for your satisfaction. let no one gloss over your creative endeavors and ignore the expressive canvas of your truth because it makes them feel uncomfortable, all those wild permutations of you, the brilliant, gender-fluid story that doesn’t need a decipherable beginning, middle or end. let no one fence you into a corral that can’t contain you and let no one feed you from a toxic trough and let no one tie you up in their agenda to swing the world into a frenzy where everybody loses balance and all the teacups spin out of control and leave you slipping, flailing, falling... let no one harm you so. don’t let them. don’t let them.
